Getting started remotely

Payment spread over the build

The price is not paid in one go: 15% on signing the reservation contract, 30% at the start of structural works, 25% at mid structural works, 15% at the start of finishing works, 10% at mid finishing works and 5% on delivery. Delivery is planned within 24 months.

Choosing without being there

The F2 and F3 pages give the size of each room and the floor plan of each apartment. The map on the home page shows the residence in Les Almadies, between the Corniche and Ngor.

During a stay in Dakar
